Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and patients to the hospital.
• Answer phones, texts, and other client communications.
• Schedule appointments and help clients determine appropriate next steps.
• Coordinate communication between clients and the medical team.
• Check clients in and out.
• Process payments and review invoices.
• Maintain accurate client and patient information.
• Help manage appointment flow throughout the day.
• Communicate prescription, refill, and follow-up requests.
• Support clients during emotional or difficult situations.
• Educate clients about hospital services, policies, and resources.
• Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, assistants, and fellow CSRs.
