Job summary

Great Lakes Hospital for Animals in Belmont, Michigan is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our busy front desk team. This role focuses on welcoming clients and patients, coordinating communication with the medical team, and helping with appointments and payments.

Open to both full-time and part-time candidates, the CSR will work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and staff to ensure smooth patient flow and outstanding client service.

Our CSRs are an important part of the care team. They help clients feel welcomed, informed, and supported while keeping communication and patient flow moving throughout the hospital.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

What You'll Do

  Schedule

  Great Lakes Hospital for Animals is open Monday through Saturday.

  Full-time team members typically enjoy a four-day work week. Schedules may include a combination of daytime and evening shifts, with Saturdays typically scheduled only once every 3-4 weeks.

  Hospital hours:

  • Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM-8:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM-1:00 PM

  Both full-time and part-time schedules will be considered.
