Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use CRM software and MS Office.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages with professionalism.
