Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, scheduling services, and coordinating communication across teams. You will help maintain accurate records and support the technician schedule to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service experience and/or conflict resolution, including phone, email, and SMS communication.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and provide customer service.
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive customer service through phone, email, and messaging platforms, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Schedule new and recurring pest control services and coordinate 4-point home inspections with Branch Sales Professionals for existing customers.
• Maintain accurate records by logging and managing customers, technician, and management communications within internal systems, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.
• Monitor customer appointment schedules and proactively support appointment adherence and service completion.
