Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver9s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Earn and maintain state-required pest control training and licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods with safety PPE.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity and recommend solutions.
• Explain treatments, answer questions, maintain service records, and communicate with the office.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure readiness and quality.
• Follow policies and safety standards while using technology to manage appointments and documentation.
