EcoShield Pest Solutions in Kailua, HI is seeking a Service Technician to deliver top-notch pest control services during scheduled maintenance visits. You will inspect interiors and exteriors, apply approved treatments, and communicate findings clearly to customers.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and customer service, with responsibilities including maintaining service records, coordinating with the office, and keeping equipment ready.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods while following all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity, identify treatment needs, and recommend appropriate solutions to address customer concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatments, answering questions, maintaining accurate service records, and communicating with the office as needed.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure operational readiness and service quality.
• Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards while utilizing technology to manage appointments and service documentation.
