Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possesses a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments following safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity and recommend solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining treatments, answering questions, maintaining service records, and communicating with the office as needed.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles.
• Follow company policies and regulatory requirements and use technology to manage appointments and service documentation.
