Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking an Additional Services Technician to deliver termite and mosquito control, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other pest‑management services with a focus on customer care and precise documentation. The role combines hands‑on service with safe, efficient operations in Kailua, Hawaii.

You will follow routes, operate safety gear, and maintain vehicles and tools while explaining treatment plans to customers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Must be 25 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ consecutive years of driving history
• State-required pest control training/licensing (provided)

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other offerings
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers
• Explain treatment plans and benefits to customers while addressing questions
• Follow service routes and schedules and coordinate with office staff
• Maintain accurate records of customers, services, and appointments
• Inspect and maintain vehicles, equipment, and PPE for safe operations
• Promote customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and adhering to standards
