Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Kailua, Hawaii, seeks an Additional Services Technician to perform termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, and exclusion work. You will deliver hands-on services while ensuring excellent customer care and precise record-keeping.

The role combines field work with customer interactions, following routes, using company systems, and maintaining safety standards across equipment and PPE. Attractive benefits and weekly pay are included.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience required and demonstrated mechanical aptitude with construction-related tasks such as ladders and power tools.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history due to driving a company vehicle.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services including termite control and mosquito treatments.
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with focus on quality and detail.
• Explain treatment plans and service features to customers and address questions.
• Follow scheduled routes and coordinate with office staff for efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, services, and appointments using company systems.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles, equipment, and PPE for safe operations.
• Deliver high-quality service to promote customer satisfaction and adherence to standards.
