Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Kailua, Hawaii is seeking an Additional Services Technician to deliver termite treatments, mosquito control, insulation installation, and exclusion work with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction. You will perform indoor and outdoor applications, discuss treatment plans with customers, follow service routes, and maintain accurate records using our systems.

This role requires 1+ year of customer service and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience required.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and familiarity with construction-related tasks, including operating ladders and power tools safely.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Earn and maintain state-required pest control training and licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other services.
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
• Explain treatment plans, service features, and benefits while addressing customer questions and concerns.
• Follow service routes and schedules, coordinating with office staff and management to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, services, and appointments using company systems.
• Inspect and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and PPE to ensure safe operations.
