EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Service Technician to deliver exceptional customer service during scheduled maintenance visits by inspecting for pest activity, applying approved treatments, and building lasting relationships with customers.

You will communicate effectively with customers and the office, keep accurate service records, and help maintain high standards of safety and professionalism on every job.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and 3+ consecutive years of driving history; driving a company vehicle is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity and recommend solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining treatments and maintaining service records.
