Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions seeks a Service Technician to deliver high-quality pest control services at customer sites in Hawaii. You will inspect for pest activity, apply approved treatments, and communicate clearly with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements include 1+ year of customer service, a valid driver's license with 3+ years driving history, and state-required pest control licensing if applicable. Position offers weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments following safety guidelines and PPE.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity and recommend solutions.
• Explain treatments and answer questions while maintaining service records and coordinating with the office.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles for readiness and quality.
• Follow policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards using technology to manage appointments.
