Ecolab is hiring a Pest Control Technician Trainee to join our Harrisburg, PA team. You will begin with a 5-week paid training program, learn pest detection and elimination, and advance toward licensure. The role blends field service with potential paths into service, sales, or management.

You’ll work a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call requirements and travel for training in MN. This position emphasizes public health, hospitality protection, and career growth within a global leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of work or military experience.
• Current and valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and be on call during off-hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 5-week paid training program for pest detection, elimination, and prevention.
• Develop relationships with commercial customers, including hospitality and foodservice sectors.
• Collaborate with customers to identify and address pest elimination needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Ecolab’s products and services to improve service and sales.
• Document issues using handheld equipment and deliver high-quality service under supervision.
