Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of work or military experience.
• Valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and be on call during off-hours and weekends as needed.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must obtain pest certification and/or business licensing.
• Background check and drug test required.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 5-week paid training program to learn pest detection, elimination, and prevention techniques.
• Protect public health and commercial customers by delivering pest elimination solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of Ecolab's product and service offerings to enhance service and sales.
• Use handheld equipment to document pest and sanitation issues and service progress.
