Qualifications

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections to identify infestations, damage, and entry points
Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps
Educate customers on pest prevention and reducing future risks
Build customer relationships and schedule/confirm appointments
Assist with sales to existing customers and expand product offerings
Maintain, stock, and ensure proper working condition of equipment
Comply with safety regulations and wear PPE
Operate a company-provided service vehicle
Perform pest management services for residential customers
Identify and eliminate pests through inspections, treatments, and prevention measures
Communicate pest control solutions to clients

Help with sales to current customers and expand products to new customers
Maintain, stock, and ensure proper working condition of pest control equipment
Comply with local, state, and federal pest control and safety regulations
Drive and safely operate a company-provided service vehicle
Perform industry-leading pest management services for residential customers
Identify and eliminate pests through inspections, treatments, and preventative measures
Communicate pest control solutions to clients

Requirements

High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Valid driver's license from state of residence
Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations
Available to work Monday-Friday and weekends as needed
Clean-shaven face for respirator safety
Open to learning and becoming knowledgeable in all areas of pest control
Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
Basic math skills for following product-mixing instructions
Customer-facing experience preferred
Ability to work in tight, confined spaces
Ability to work around animals, insects, termites, mechanical parts, vehicles, electrical current, heights, scaffolding, fumes, dust, and chemicals
Ability to work inside and outside in the local climate
Ability to regularly sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and use stairs, ladders, scaffolding, ramps, and poles
Ability to wear personal protective equipment, including an OSHA-compliant respirator
Drug-free workplace requirement
