Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking an Innovation/Utility specialist to perform pest control, TAP insulation installation, and basic construction tasks. You will inspect, treat, and install systems for residential and commercial clients while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence.
• Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations (covered by us).
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pest Control: Inspect and treat residential and commercial clients; install and maintain termite control systems.
• TAP Insulation Installation: Install Thermal Acoustical Pest Control insulation with quality service.
• Construction and Repair: Assist with light construction and minor repairs related to pest damage.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to explain services and ensure satisfaction.
• Service Delivery: Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal; set up exclusion traps; ensure safety protocols.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and participate in training.
