Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. seeks Innovation/Utility specialists to perform pest control, TAP insulation installation, and basic construction tasks. You will inspect properties, install exclusion traps, and ensure customer satisfaction with safe, effective services.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, good communication, and basic math. Training is provided; benefits begin on day one.

Qualifications

• Solid reading, writing and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills for measurements and quantities.
• Ability to follow instructions on product labels and safety data sheets.
• Commitment to safety protocols and PPE usage.
• Customer-facing experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pest control inspections and services for residential and commercial clients.
• TAP insulation installation and management of job-site preparation and cleanup.
• Assist with light construction and repairs related to pest damage.
• Communicate service plans and pest-control guidance to customers.
• Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal with safety protocols.
• Maintain service records and documentation of work performed.
• Stay current with industry trends and ongoing training.
