Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking an Innovation/Utility Specialist to perform pest control, exclusion services, TAP insulation installation, and light construction tasks. You will engage with customers, ensure safe work practices, and contribute to community health and comfort.

The role emphasizes field work, adherence to safety protocols, and ongoing learning to stay current with industry standards and regulations. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Ability to work Monday–Saturday as needed.
• Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform pest inspections and provide residential/commercial pest control and exclusion services.
• Install TAP insulation and manage job-site preparation and cleanup.
• Assist with light construction and repairs related to pest damage.
• Interact with customers to explain services and provide guidance on pest control measures.
• Set up exclusion traps and conduct wildlife removal, following safety protocols.
• Stay updated on industry trends and participate in ongoing training.
