Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking an Innovation/Utility Specialist to perform pest control, exclusion services, minor construction, and TAP insulation installation across residential and commercial sites.

You will inspect, install, and maintain systems while prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction. This full-time role requires adaptability to indoor/outdoor work, ability to lift, and willingness to learn through on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence.
• Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills; ability to present information.
• Basic math skills for mixing on product labels.
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations (provided by us).
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pest Control: Inspect for pest activity and provide pest control services for residential and commercial clients.
• TAP insulation installation and site preparation/cleanup.
• Construction/help with minor repairs related to pest damage.
• Communicate with customers to explain services and provide guidance on pest control measures.
• Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal, ensuring safety protocols.
