Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking an Innovation/Utility Specialist to perform pest control, TAP insulation installation, and light construction in residential and commercial settings. You will inspect, install, and maintain termite control systems, set up exclusion traps, and communicate with customers to explain services and safety measures.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and strong reading/writing and math skills.

• Ability to read, write and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to work Monday–Saturday as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform pest control inspections and services for residential and commercial clients.
• Install and maintain termite control systems and TAP insulation.
• Assist with light construction, exclusions, and wildlife removal.
• Interact with customers to explain services and safety measures.
• Follow safety protocols and complete production forms.
