Job summary

Rentokil is seeking an Innovation/Utility Specialist to perform pest control, exclusion services, TAP insulation installation, and light construction tasks in residential and commercial settings. You will engage with customers, ensure quality service, and adhere to safety protocols in day-to-day field work.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and be prepared for full-time scheduling including Saturdays. Training and benefits start on day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Available to work Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills for mixing on product labels.
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations (provided by us).
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pest Control: Inspect, identify pest activity, provide pest control services for residential and commercial clients, and install/maintain termite control systems.
• TAP Insulation Installation: Efficiently install Thermal Acoustical Pest (TAP) insulation with quality service and proper job-site prep and cleanup.
• Construction and Repair: Assist with minor construction, repairs and replacements related to pest damage.
• Customer Interaction: Explain services, ensure satisfaction, and guide on pest control measures.
• Service Delivery: Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal, set up exclusion traps, and follow safety protocols.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations; participate in training.
