Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. in Los Angeles seeks an Innovation/Utility Specialist to perform pest control, exclusion services, TAP insulation installation, and light construction tasks.

You will work with residential and commercial clients, identify pest activity, and install systems to protect properties. You will communicate with customers, follow safety protocols, participate in training, and handle lifting and physical duties as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence.
• Willing to work Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections, perform pest control for residential and commercial clients.
• Install Thermal Acoustical Pest Control (TAP) insulation and manage job-site prep/cleanup.
• Assist with light construction and minor repairs related to pest damage.
• Explain services to customers and provide pest-control guidance.
• Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal with safety protocols.
• Stay updated on industry trends and participate in training to enhance skills.
