Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking an Innovation/Utility specialist in California to join our pest control and insulation team. The role blends pest control, TAP insulation installation, and light construction to service residential and commercial clients.

You will work around animals and pests, perform exclusion and wildlife removal, follow safety protocols, and communicate clearly with customers while participating in ongoing training to stay current with industry regulations and techniques.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for work
• Pre-employment background check required

Responsibilities

• Pest Control: Perform inspections, provide pest control services for residential and commercial clients, install and maintain termite control systems
• TAP Insulation Installation: Install Thermal Acoustical Pest Control insulation with quality service and safety
• Construction and Repair: Assist with minor construction and repairs related to pest damage
• Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers to explain services and provide guidance on pest control measures
• Service Delivery: Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal with proper safety protocols
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and participate in training
