Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking an Innovation/Utility Specialist to perform pest control, insulation installation, and related construction tasks in residential and commercial settings.

You will inspect for pest activity, install and maintain systems, and communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction while following safety protocols. This role requires physical work, safety training, and willingness to work varied hours.

Qualifications

• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations (covered by us).
• Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pest Control: Inspect and treat residential and commercial clients; install and maintain termite control systems.
• TAP Insulation Installation: Install Thermal Acoustical Pest insulation with quality service and safety.
• Construction and Repair: Assist with light construction and minor repairs related to pest damage.
• Customer Interaction: Explain services and provide guidance on pest control measures.
• Service Delivery: Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal with safety protocols.
