Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. seeks an Innovation/Utility Specialist to perform pest control, exclusion services, and insulation installation, impacting communities served by our Rentokil family.

You will work on-site with residential and commercial clients, installing systems and delivering safe, effective service. You will engage in continuous learning through training and stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Willingness to work in varying conditions and climates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections to identify pest activity and perform pest control services for residential and commercial clients.
• Install and maintain termite control systems and TAP insulation.
• Assist with light construction projects and repairs related to pest damage.
• Communicate with customers to explain services and provide guidance on pest control measures.
• Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal; set up exclusion traps and ensure safety protocols.
