Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking an Innovation/Utility specialist to perform pest control, TAP insulation installation, and light construction support in residential and commercial settings.

You will engage customers, maintain safety standards, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry practices. The role requires physical work, site readiness, and a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training.
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence.
• Available to work Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills — add, subtract, multiply, and divide; follow instructions on product labels.
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations (covered by us).
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pest Control: inspect and treat residential and commercial clients; install and maintain termite control systems.
• TAP Insulation Installation: install TAP insulation with quality service and proper site prep.
• Construction and Repair: assist with minor repairs related to pest damage.
• Customer Interaction: explain services, ensure satisfaction, and provide guidance on pest control measures.
• Service Delivery: perform exclusion services and wildlife removal following safety protocols.
• Continuous Learning: stay updated on industry trends and participate in training.
