The Shield Co Management, LLC / EcoShield Pest Solutions in Omaha, NE is seeking a Service Technician to deliver pest control services during scheduled maintenance appointments. You will inspect properties, perform treatments, and communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Role requires a valid driver’s license, clean driving history, and willingness to obtain state-required pest control licensing if applicable.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have valid driver’s license and 3+ years of driving history.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments following safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity and recommend solutions.
• Explain treatments to customers, maintain service records, and communicate with the office.
