Job summary

The Shield Co. Management / EcoShield Pest Solutions is hiring a Service Technician in Colorado to perform maintenance pest control services and build lasting customer relationships.

You will inspect properties, explain treatments, and maintain accurate service records during scheduled visits. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of customer service experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to drive company vehicles.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods while following safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity, identify treatment needs, and recommend appropriate solutions to address customer concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatments, answering questions, maintaining accurate service records, and communicating with the office as needed.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure operational readiness and service quality.
• Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards while utilizing technology to manage appointments and service documentation.
