Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Omaha, NE is seeking a Service Technician to deliver scheduled pest control treatments, inspect properties for activity, and build lasting customer relationships. You will follow safety guidelines, document service activity, and communicate clearly with customers and the office.

The role requires a valid driver's license, 1+ year of customer service experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history (essential).
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods while following all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity, identify treatment needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatments, answering questions, maintaining accurate service records, and communicating with the office as needed.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure operational readiness and service quality.
• Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards while utilizing technology to manage appointments and service documentation.
