Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Earn and maintain state-required pest control training/licensing if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments following safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity and recommend solutions to customers.
• Explain treatments, answer questions, maintain service records, and coordinate with the office.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles for readiness and quality.
• Follow policies and safety standards while using technology to manage appointments and documentation.
