Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Service Technician to deliver exterior and interior pest control treatments and build strong customer relationships at on-site locations in Florida.

You will inspect properties, explain treatments, maintain records, and follow safety guidelines while working with company equipment and scheduling tools. The role emphasizes service excellence and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Earn and maintain state-required pest control training and licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity and recommend solutions.
• Explain treatments, answer questions, maintain service records, and communicate with the office.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles.
• Follow safety standards and utilize technology to manage appointments and documentation.
