You will perform interior/exterior treatments, document service records, and coordinate with the office. A valid driver's license and 21+ age are required; driving a company vehicle is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years or older; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods while following safety guidelines and PPE.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity, identify treatment needs, and recommend solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatments, answering questions, maintaining service records, and communicating with the office.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure readiness and service quality.
• Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards while utilizing technology to manage appointments and service documentation.
