Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
• 2+ years of sales experience in pest control, home services, HVAC, or route-based industries.
• Excellent customer service, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record.
• Comfortable with field work, door-to-door canvassing, and community outreach events.
• Basic computer proficiency (CRM, email, and Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & lead generation through cold calling, door-to-door canvassing, events, and referrals.
• Consultative selling with on-site evaluations and tailored treatment plans.
• Quoting, contracting, and negotiating service agreements with clear pricing and warranties.
• Manage client relationships, follow up for satisfaction, and coordinate with technicians.
• Territory management to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Collaborate with service technicians, operations, and office staff for seamless delivery.
• Represent the brand professionally in person and over the phone.
