Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking a Residential Sales Specialist to sell pest control solutions to residential customers. You will visually inspect sites, analyze customer needs, and develop proposals to address issues while maximizing service enhancements.

You will collaborate with support teams and use our Sales CRM to document home diagrams and progress. Travel up to 100% within territory to close opportunities; strong communication and presentation skills are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer Associate's or Technical degree.
• Pest Industry certifications a plus.
• Must have 1+ years of sales or pest technician experience.
• Prefer 1-2 years in pest control sales and 2+ years in customer service.
• Effective verbal communicator with customer-facing conversations and presentations.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Willing to travel up to 100% of time within territory.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions to residential customers.
• Visually inspects homes and businesses for pests, harborage, entries, etc.
• Assess customer needs via needs analysis using company knowledge.
• Develop proposals to resolve issues and propose enhancements to services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM for clear understanding.
• Follow up on proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the Sales CRM.
