Job summary

Terminix, part of the Rentokil family, seeks a Pest Control Consultant to sell industry-leading pest management services to residential customers. You will be the face of our national brand in your local community, assessing needs and delivering tailored solutions.

You’ll collaborate with service teams, travel within your territory, and leverage our CRM to manage proposals and close sales while maintaining high standards of safety and customer care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and assess pest issues.
• Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to close opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
• Use CRM to document customer home details and proposals.
