Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell our industry-leading pest management services to residential customers. You will assess homes, propose solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to close sales while providing excellent customer service.

You’ll travel within your territory, operate company vehicles, and stay compliant with safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions to new and existing residential customers.
• Visually inspect homes for pests and assess exposure to determine treatments.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center and Inside Sales to maximize opportunities.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and engage service specialists.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell pest household services.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance in the Sales CRM.
