Job summary

Terminix is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell pest management services to residential customers, serving as the face of the Rentokil brand locally while protecting homes and families.

Responsibilities include inspecting homes, proposing pest solutions, coordinating with support teams, and following up to close sales. Travel up to 100% within territory; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in pest control or service industries preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and pest harborage.
• Sell pest control solutions and maintenance to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
• Complete Home diagrams using Sales CRM.
• Follow up on proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance in CRM.
