Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Home Services Inspector to perform 360 inspections throughout homes and to present tailored pest control solutions. No industry experience is required; Orkin provides award-winning training and a clear path to advancement.

You will earn from $50,000 to $100,000 per year, combining base pay with commissions, plus a company vehicle and full benefits. Responsibilities include conducting thorough inspections, creating trusted relationships with homeowners, and driving sales

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to understand termite protection services and make strategic recommendations.
• Win over customers with confidence and care by listening to needs and clearly explaining practical solutions.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain Orkin’s products and services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home and address questions, setting expectations.
