Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Tukwila, WA seeks an Additional Services Technician to deliver specialized pest control and home protection services, including termite treatments, mosquito control, insulation installation, and exclusion work.

This role blends hands-on service with exceptional customer care, accurate documentation, and safe, efficient operations while following assigned routes and coordinating with office staff.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience required with mechanical tasks familiarity.
• Must be 21 years or older and hold a valid driver’s license.
• 3+ consecutive years of driving history required; company vehicle use is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services including termite control and mosquito treatments.
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor applications for new customers with quality and thoroughness.
• Explain treatment plans, features, and benefits to customers and address questions/concerns.
• Follow service routes and schedules, coordinating with office staff for efficient delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, services, and appointments.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles, equipment, and PPE to ensure safety and effectiveness.
