EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking an Additional Services Technician to deliver termite and mosquito control, insulation installation, and other pest management services. The role blends hands-on service delivery with strong customer care to ensure high-quality results and accurate documentation.

You will follow service routes, maintain records, and uphold safety standards while supporting field operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service and familiarity with construction tasks; safe use of ladders and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services, including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other offerings.
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with a focus on quality, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining treatment plans, service features, and benefits while addressing customer questions and concerns.
• Follow assigned service routes and schedules, coordinating effectively with office staff and management to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate and organized customer, service, and appointment records using company technology and systems.
• Inspect and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and personal protective gear to ensure safe and effective operations.
• Promote customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality service and adhering to company standards and procedures.
