Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions seeks a Service Technician to deliver high-quality pest control services during scheduled maintenance visits in Tukwila, WA. You will inspect for pest activity, apply approved treatments, and build lasting customer relationships through clear communication and professional service.

Responsibilities include explaining treatments, maintaining accurate service records, and coordinating with the office.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments following safety guidelines.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity and recommend solutions.
• Explain treatments, answer questions, maintain service records, and communicate with the office as needed.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and use technology to manage appointments and service documentation.
