Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking an Additional Services Technician to deliver specialized pest control and home protection services, including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, and exclusion work. You will provide exceptional customer care, document services accurately, and operate safely and efficiently.

You will follow routes, coordinate with the office, and maintain records using our systems, while upholding safety standards and company procedures.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• License/training in pest control if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services, including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other additional service offerings.
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with focus on quality and attention to detail.
• Deliver excellent customer service by explaining treatment plans and addressing questions and concerns.
• Follow service routes and schedules; coordinate with office staff to ensure efficient delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer, service, and appointment records using company systems.
• Inspect and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and PPE for safe operations.
• Promote customer satisfaction by adhering to company standards and procedures.
