Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking an Additional Services Technician to deliver advanced pest control services and home protection solutions with a focus on quality workmanship and customer care. You will perform termite and mosquito treatments, insulation installation, and exclusion work while maintaining accurate records and practicing safe operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience required.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with construction-related tasks, including ladders and power tools.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and 3+ consecutive years of driving history.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services (termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other offerings).
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with focus on quality and detail.
• Explain treatment plans, service features and benefits to customers; address questions and concerns.
• Follow service routes and schedules; coordinate with office staff for efficient delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, services, and appointments using company systems.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles, equipment, and PPE for safety and efficiency.
• Promote customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service per company standards.
