Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Livonia, MI is hiring an Additional Services Technician to deliver termite and mosquito control, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other pest management services. You will combine hands-on service with excellent customer care, ensuring high-quality results and accurate documentation while maintaining safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver's license with 3+ years of driving history.
• State-required training and pest control licensing provided if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services, including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other additional service offerings.
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with a focus on quality, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining treatment plans, service features, and benefits while addressing customer questions and concerns.
• Follow assigned service routes and schedules, coordinating effectively with office staff and management to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate and organized customer, service, and appointment records using company technology and systems.
• Inspect and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and personal protective gear to ensure safe and effective operations.
• Promote customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality service and adhering to company standards and procedures.
