Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience required.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and familiarity with construction‑related tasks.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• State-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services including termite control and mosquito treatments.
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers.
• Explain treatment plans and benefits to customers and address questions.
• Follow service routes and coordinate with office staff for efficient service.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, services and appointments.
• Inspect vehicles and equipment for safe operations.
• Promote customer satisfaction by delivering high‑quality service and adhering to standards.
