Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Livonia, MI is seeking an Additional Services Technician to deliver specialized pest control and home protection services while providing outstanding customer care. You will handle termite control, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other services with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

The role combines hands-on service with accurate documentation, following routes and schedules, and using company systems to maintain records.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Earn and maintain state-required pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services, including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other services.
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with focus on quality and attention to detail.
• Explain treatment plans, service features, and benefits while addressing questions and concerns.
• Follow service routes and schedules; coordinate with office staff and management.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, services, and appointments using company systems.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles, equipment, and PPE for safe operations.
• Promote customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and adhering to standards.
