Rentokil North America is hiring a Pest Control Consultant to sell our industry-leading pest management services to residential customers. You’ll be the face of our national brand in your local community, helping families by assessing needs and delivering tailored solutions that protect homes.

Ideal candidates bring strong sales, customer service, and communication skills. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required, with 1–2 years of pest control or sales experience

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; related sales experience is a plus.
• 1–2 years pest technician or sales experience preferred.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Aufgaben

• Visually inspect homes and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to increase opportunities.
• Develop proposals with Branch Manager to resolve issues and propose enhancements to pest household services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM for clear understanding of customer home and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure satisfactory completion.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the Sales CRM.
