Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. seeks a Pest Control Consultant to sell residential pest control services, assess homes, and provide solutions that protect customers and their families.

You will be the face of our national brand in the local community, building trust and long-term relationships. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and 1–2 years in pest control or sales with strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer at least 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Willing to travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions and maintenance to residential customers.
• Visually inspect homes for pests and issues; present proposals.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Inside Sales, and Technicians to pursue opportunities.
• Develop proposals for current pest issues and upsell enhancements to households.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge during service installations to ensure satisfactory completion.
