Job summary

Terminix is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to protect homes and families by selling pest control solutions to residential customers across Sacramento, CA. You’ll be the face of our national brand in your local community, delivering service with a customer-first approach and collaborating with internal teams to maximize opportunities.

This full-time role offers day-one benefits and a competitive pay range of $20 to $26 per hour, plus incentives. Travel within the territory is up to 100%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer at least 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals for customers to resolve existing pest issues and propose additional enhancements to pest household services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM and provided to ensure clear understanding of customer home and possible challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure the job is completed satisfactorily.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company sales CRM.
