Terminix is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell industry-leading pest management services to residential customers. You will serve as the face of our national brand in your local community, assessing needs, educating customers, and closing opportunities with top-tier service and solutions.

You will collaborate with internal teams, operate with integrity, and travel within your territory to maximize growth and protect homes and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer 1–2 years pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% within assigned territories.

Responsabilités

• Visually inspect homes and assess pest issues; sell pest control solutions and maintenance plans.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to increase opportunities.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and develop customer proposals.
• Complete home diagram using Sales CRM to outline customer home and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
